NeighborHealth requires masks in all clinical settings. We have masks at each front desk in the building if you need one.

If you are COVID-19 positive, we encourage you to schedule a telehealth visit immediately. If you need to come see us at any point while still positive for COVID-19, you and anyone else with you will need to wear masks in all areas of the clinics, and your care team will be wearing N95 masks during your visit.

If you tested positive for COVID-19, you may be eligible for treatment. Contact your primary care provider or click here to learn more about our treatment options.

If your symptoms are concerning, please call your primary care provider for a telehealth or sick office visit.

If you have severe symptoms or shortness of breath

• Please seek immediate care at the closest emergency department.
• Our Emergency Department at 10 Gove St in East Boston is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can test for COVID-19 even if you do not have symptoms with an at-home rapid test kit. Depending on the circumstance, we may ask that you get a PCR test before your appointment at any State approved site.

Call your primary care provider if you are still experiencing long COVID symptoms regardless of whether or not you were treated at any point. Common long COVID symptoms include:

• Fatigue
• Lack of concentration
• Loss of appetite
• Memory loss
• Sleep and mood disorders
• Muscle and joint pain
• Coughing
• Shortness of breath
• Loss of taste and smell
