Thank you for partnering with us on your health care needs. We look forward to seeing you! Here’s how to make the most of your appointment.
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation message with the location of your appointment and check-in time. For directions and more information on our locations, please visit here.
Bring a list and prioritize your health concerns. You and your provider can make a plan together. The average time with your provider is 20 minutes, so you may need to schedule follow up visits.
Bring a list of the medications you are taking.
Keep your provider up to date. Bring information with you, such as hospital discharge papers or notes from specialists.
Consider bringing a family member or friend to the visit.
If your visit is a telemedicine visit, make sure you are in a quiet, private space. Visit our telehealth page for more tips on preparing for video and phone call visits.
If you have any questions, give us a call at 617-596-5800, fill out this form, or send an e-mail to Patient Services at feedback@neighborhealth.com. You can also send a message to your care team through MyChart.
