Partnering with Medicare & MassHealth to provide a comprehensive health plan for eligible older adults in our communities.
Senior Care Options (SCO) is a comprehensive health plan open to people who qualify for Medicare and MassHealth. It provides coordinated care through NeighborHealth’s senior care organization and network of providers. Members receive the following services and benefits:
- No co-pays
- Access to all medications
- Dental exams and dentures, if needed
- Eyeglasses and hearing aids, if needed
- Easy access to home-care services
- 24-hour-a-day access to your nurse or provider in emergencies
CCA Senior Care Options Enrollment and Eligibility
Enrollment in SCO is voluntary; once a member is enrolled, they may disenroll at any time. You or your loved one is eligible for the Senior Care Program if you or they:
- Are aged 65 or older
- You are eligible for MassHealth Standard and Medicare, and you have no other comprehensive health insurance.
- You live in the CCA Senior Care Options service area, which includes all cities and towns in Bristol, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester Counties.

Neighborhood PACE
Neighborhood PACE serves older adults living in the Greater Boston area. As part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) network, we provide the complete care and support that you or your loved one needs later in life.
Interpreter services
Greater Boston is a vibrant community, requiring health care providers that are just as diverse. NeighborHealth offers services in 16 languages, interpreting for patients during medical visits and treatment sessions, as well as translating written medical orders, prescriptions, letters, and more.
