NeighborHealth Appoints Jessica Magnotta as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Experienced healthcare HR executive joins NeighborHealth leadership team to advance workforce strategy and employee experience

An innovative team leader with nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare sector across hospitals, physician practices, long term care, and specialty management groups, Magnotta brings a deep commitment to cultivating high-performing, inclusive workplace cultures rooted in equity, purpose, and connection. With a record of advancing talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement, she has consistently delivered measurable improvements in workforce performance and culture.

In this role, Magnotta will oversee NeighborHealth’s human resources strategy with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. Magnotta will be based at NeighborHealth’s administrative offices in Revere, Massachusetts.

Prior to joining NeighborHealth, Magnotta held senior HR leadership roles across the healthcare sector, including most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at CarePoint Health, where she led HR operations for a 3,500-employee enterprise across hospitals and physician practices in New Jersey. Her leadership helped generate over $1 million in annual savings through workforce realignment, while launching talent strategies and leadership development programs that significantly improved recruitment, retention, and engagement.
Magnotta holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Berkeley College.
Magnotta will replace the previous Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Steven Snyder, who served NeighborHealth for nearly three decades.
